Other than focusing on avocation, we also concerned about our staff’s relaxation. So every year we arrange a tour for our loyal employees in the year’s end. We enrich our memories and bonding by conducting activities and fun events on the festival and special days like New Year, Pongal, Women’s Day, Onam, Diwali and Christmas etc.
As we consider everyone like one family at Cherri, We celebrate all our team members’ birthday and have a team out.
Our company infrastructure meets all the fundamental facilities of an organization. In addition to that, we have properly working computer system for all of us. Also, a very bountiful working area along with spacious cafeteria has been allocated for all of our resources.
We also hire some 20+ employees including fresher and experienced people for our company annually. We guide them for their carrier development in a minimal period.
